We currently ship within the United States.

Every order is packed with care and ships within 1–3 business days. During busy seasons and holidays, please allow a little extra time.

Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and orders over $100 ship free.

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow it right to your door.

We want every piece to be treasured. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help with a return or exchange.

Return or exchange unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Email us at hello@eloiseandcoclothing.com with your order number and we'll walk you through it.

Once we receive your return, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
